Booking Appointments

We offer free consultations for all services. As of March 1st, 2021 we require all new clients to provide us with a credit card number to secure their appointment. No charges will be made on the card unless the client fails to follow our cancellation policy. If the client wishes to book without a credit card on file, a 50% deposit will be required for the desired service.

Cancellation Policy

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our policies. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments and providing a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

The following may result in a $50 fee or loss of your prepaid service.

1 Providing less than 24 hours notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

The following may result in a 50% of service schedule in service fee

2 No-show or missed appointments.

Thank you for understanding that this time is reserved for you and without notice of cancellation, our technicians need to be compensated. We understand emergencies happen that sometimes are out of your control. We are willing to make one-time exceptions and waive this fee at the discretion of our management team

Refunds & Returns

All medical-grade skincare lines and body or face products are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any services or deposits.
